You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. b. 2. Booking Services a. Availability and Quality: DreamDay acts as an intermediary for the booking of Captains. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the services provided by Captains. b. Captain Selection: You acknowledge that the selection and hiring of Captains is solely your responsibility. DreamDay does not endorse or recommend any specific Captain and shall not be liable for any issues or disputes that may arise from your engagement with a Captain. c. Independent Contractors: Captains are independent contractors, and their services are provided directly to you. DreamDay is not a party to any agreement between you and the Captain.

3. Deposit Policy a. Non-Refundable Deposit: If applicable, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount, deadline, and refund conditions will be communicated to you upon booking confirmation. b. Refund Discretion: If the booking is canceled within two weeks prior to the scheduled service date, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellations made before the two-week deadline, the refund of the deposit will be at the discretion of DreamDay Captain Services. c. Payment Collection: You agree to make the required deposit payment promptly and in full through the designated payment methods provided by DreamDay.

4. Limitation of Liability a. Service Limitations: DreamDay Captain Services is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the services provided by Captains. You agree that any issues or disputes with the services provided by a Captain shall be resolved directly between you and the Captain. b. Indirect Damages: In no event shall DreamDay Captain Services be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the services provided through it. c. Release of Liability: By using DreamDay's website and services, you release DreamDay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from or related to your interactions with Captains.

5. User Obligations a. Compliance: You agree to use the website and its services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. b. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you submit or upload to the website. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. c. Code of Conduct: You agree to act in a professional and respectful manner when interacting with Captains and other users of the DreamDay platform.

6. Intellectual Property a. Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights on the website are owned by DreamDay or its licensors. b. Restricted Use: You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission from DreamDay. c.
